Air fares today are very competitive and we recommend for most tours you consult the web for suitable schedules and fares or utilize your frequent flyer miles. (Please note airfare should not be ticketed until Gutsy Women Travel confirms the trip you requested is guaranteed to operate)

Please remember to allow for the international time change to arrive at your destination on the tour commencement date.

Hotel check in times are usually at 2pm. If you do choose to arrive a day or two earlier, we will be able to reserve the same hotel for the additional nights upon request.

Air travel arrangements for Gutsy Women's tour participants are made independently as most women are traveling from various gateway cities within or outside North America. Gutsy Women Travel offers either a group transfer price, individual private car & driver pricing or travelers can arrange a taxi on their own upon arrival. Gutsy Women's dedicated staff will review recommended transfer arrangements with you 30 days before your departure date to advise any additional transfer costs to your account.
